Residential Remodeling Contractor Rooted in Wildwoods' Wooded Lots
Wildwoods sits in that quieter stretch between Waxhaw and Marvin, where half-acre and full-acre lots back up to mature tree lines and streets wind through cul-de-sacs instead of grid patterns. A lot of the homes here were built in the 1990s and early 2000s, with kitchens boxed off from the living areas and primary bathrooms sized for a different era of home design. As a residential remodeling contractor working throughout this part of Union County, Premier Renovations, Inc. designs renovations that fix those everyday frustrations rather than papering over them.
We handle everything from single-room updates to full home renovations, and our team manages the general contracting, carpentry, and finish work in-house. That means one point of contact from the first renovation consultation through the final walkthrough, without you juggling separate trade crews or subcontractor schedules.
Whether you're planning custom cabinetry for a kitchen, adding custom built-in furniture to a home office, or opening up a closed-off floor plan, our crews bring the same craftsmanship to every Wildwoods project, large or small.
Why Wildwoods homeowners choose us
Craftsmanship and Communication Built Into Every Wildwoods Project
Homeowners in Wildwoods hire Premier Renovations, Inc. because they want a remodeling company that treats their house like it matters, not just another job on a schedule. Here's what sets our approach apart on the wooded lots and family homes throughout this area.
In-House Carpentry and Custom Cabinetry
Our finish carpentry team builds custom cabinetry, trim, and custom cabinet installation on-site, so the woodwork in your home is fitted to your exact space instead of ordered off a warehouse shelf.
One Team From Design to Completion
We manage the general contracting, scheduling, and skilled labor ourselves, which keeps your project moving without the delays that come from coordinating multiple outside subcontractors.
Family-Focused Renovation Planning
From custom mudrooms that corral shoes and backpacks to open kitchens that connect to backyard living space, every renovation starts with a clear scope of work built around how your household actually lives.

Knowledgeable, professional and dependable.
Scott and his crew are knowledgeable and professional. We've done several home improvement projects with them throughout the years. We started with a small job of opening a wall and since then they have updated our kitchen, guest bathrooms and have completed a major bathroom renovation. We're proud to be repeat customers.

I contacted Premier Renovations to renovate my kitchen and two bathrooms. My parents would be moving upstairs into the space so it needed to be accommodating to their needs now and going forward. Scott and his team did an amazing job creating a comfortable and safe place for my parents while also staying within our budget. They have moved in and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

The ideas they helped us come up with to make sure we were getting our dream home have been spot on, and we've been very happy with the overall end product. We'd highly recommend Premier to anyone considering a major renovation.

Premier just completed a major home renovation for us, new kitchen, new master bathroom and new hardwood floors. Premier's workforce was amazing and they cleaned up the jobsite everyday. The contractors they bring in to do the electrical, the flooring, the painting, and the tile work - they are all fabulous as well. We could trust them all and we would often leave during the day while they were working. Great job, will definitely use them again - here are some photos of the finished renovation of the kitchen and bathroom.

Just finished remodel of our master bath. Everyone at Premier was flexible and easy to work with throughout the process. Communication was great and the pricing was very fair. Everyone who came out from the demolition to the plumber, electrician and clean up were friendly and professional. They kept everything moving along and limited any disruption in our lives. We could not be happier with the finished product.

From start to finish, Premier Renovations was amazing to work with; I have recommended them to several friends! The entire team was very respectful, hard working and it was apparent how much they all enjoy their jobs which was nice to see! I really felt they go above and beyond to ensure the customer was pleased with the end product. I was beyond impressed with their communication throughout the entire project; whether it was to let me know the day to day schedule, or promptly responding to any inquiries. I can’t recommend them enough and plan to use them on future projects!
