Premier Renovations, Inc. is a patio builder and remodeling contractor serving Piper Glen homeowners with outdoor living spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms that match the neighborhood's country club lifestyle.
Piper Glen is one of south Charlotte's premier golf course communities, built around the fairways of Piper Glen Country Club and just minutes from the shops and restaurants along Ballantyne's commercial corridor. Homes here tend to be larger custom builds with formal layouts, generous backyards, and views worth building around. Homeowners in this part of Charlotte often want their outdoor space to feel as finished as the interior, and that's where a skilled patio builder makes the difference.
We also see a steady need for interior work in Piper Glen: kitchens original to homes built in the late 1990s and early 2000s, primary bathrooms that could use a modern layout, and formal rooms that families want opened up. Whether the project is a full home renovation or a single room refresh, we design around the architecture that already defines the neighborhood rather than fighting against it. Estates off Piper Glen Drive and wooded lots near Elm Lane both call for additions and renovations built to last.
Many Piper Glen residents also want a porch builder who understands how to extend living space toward the golf course without blocking sightlines or clashing with the home's existing rooflines. We plan every outdoor project with that balance in mind.
Piper Glen homeowners tend to be particular about craftsmanship and finish quality, and rightly so given the size and style of homes in this community. Here's what keeps them coming back to Premier Renovations for their projects.
We regularly work in golf course communities like Piper Glen, where formal floor plans, higher ceilings, and detailed trim work require a contractor who can match existing craftsmanship, not just install standard materials.
Our in-house carpentry team builds custom woodwork, built-in cabinets, and custom mudroom storage tailored to each home, giving Piper Glen homeowners options that off-the-shelf products simply can't match.
Rather than handing your project between subcontractors, our team manages design, carpentry, and construction together, so your renovation consultation turns into a finished space with fewer surprises along the way.
Premier Renovations offers a full range of home remodeling services to Piper Glen homeowners, from single-room updates to complete home renovations. Explore our core services below.
Every project starts with understanding how your household actually uses the home, then designing and building around that.
We meet at your Piper Glen home to walk the space, discuss your goals, and talk through budget and timeline before any design work begins.
Our team develops a design plan and helps you select cabinetry, finishes, and materials that match your home's existing style and your long-term plans.
Our in-house carpenters and crews handle framing, custom cabinetry, and finish work directly, keeping quality control in-house rather than passing work between multiple subcontractors.
Before we consider the project complete, we walk through every detail with you to confirm the finished space matches what was promised at the start.
Knowledgeable, professional and dependable. Scott and his crew are knowledgeable and professional. We've done several home improvement projects with them throughout the years. We started with a small job of opening a wall and since then they have updated our kitchen, guest bathrooms and have completed a major bathroom renovation. We're proud to be repeat customers.
Very personalized, patient and attention to detail!
Have used Premiere for 13 years and 3 homes. Always happy with their work.

I recently hired Premier Renovations for a complete master bathroom remodel, and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience and final result. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and extremely detail-oriented. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a finished product that exceeded my expectations. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, and every aspect of the project was completed with care and attention to detail. We had some renovations done in our kitchen and love everything! They did a great job!
I contacted Premier Renovations to renovate my kitchen and two bathrooms. My parents would be moving upstairs into the space so it needed to be accommodating to their needs now and going forward. Scott and his team did an amazing job creating a comfortable and safe place for my parents while also staying within our budget. They have moved in and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
everyone showed up on time and did incredible work. They were very professional and their communication was fantastic.
Premier Renovations has been absolutely awesome to work with, helping us completely renovate our entire home out of the 1990s. The ideas they helped us come up with to make sure we were getting our dream home have been spot on, and we've been very happy with the overall end product. We'd highly recommend Premier to anyone considering a major renovation.
Premier just completed a major home renovation for us, new kitchen, new master bathroom and new hardwood floors. Premier's workforce was amazing and they cleaned up the jobsite everyday. The contractors they bring in to do the electrical, the flooring, the painting, and the tile work - they are all fabulous as well. We could trust them all and we would often leave during the day while they were working. Great job, will definitely use them again - here are some photos of the finished renovation of the kitchen and bathroom.
Just finished remodel of our master bath. Everyone at Premier was flexible and easy to work with throughout the process. Communication was great and the pricing was very fair. Everyone who came out from the demolition to the plumber, electrician and clean up were friendly and professional. They kept everything moving along and limited any disruption in our lives. We could not be happier with the finished product.
From start to finish, Premier Renovations was amazing to work with; I have recommended them to several friends! The entire team was very respectful, hard working and it was apparent how much they all enjoy their jobs which was nice to see! I really felt they go above and beyond to ensure the customer was pleased with the end product. I was beyond impressed with their communication throughout the entire project; whether it was to let me know the day to day schedule, or promptly responding to any inquiries. I can’t recommend them enough and plan to use them on future projects!
We just completed a large scale renovation with Premier Renovations and are extremely pleased. Scott and his crew did superb and timely job on our new kitchen, laundry room, butler's pantry, and outdoor patio. Scott's communication and problem solving skills rank him high as our contractor; in addition, he is a pleasure to work with. We are already planning phase 2 and will utilize Premier once again.
