Custom Bathroom Renovations and Home Remodeling in Ballantyne, NC
Premier Renovations, Inc. brings custom bathroom renovations, kitchen transformations, and full home renovations to homeowners throughout Ballantyne. From Ballantyne Village to Rea Farms, we help neighbors turn dated spaces into rooms they actually love using.
Ballantyne has grown into one of south Charlotte's most established communities, with everything from classic brick ranches near Johnston Road to newer builds around Community House Road and the Ballantyne Corporate Park corridor. That range means no two renovation projects here look alike, and homeowners often ask us for guidance on what actually works for their floor plan and their neighborhood.
Many of the homes we work on in Ballantyne were built with smaller, compartmentalized bathrooms and closed-off kitchens that no longer match how families want to live. We hear the same requests often: bigger showers, better storage, and an open floor plan kitchen conversion that connects cooking space to living space. Others are planning ahead for aging in place or simply want their primary bath to feel like a retreat after a long day.
Whether your project is a single-room refresh or a whole home remodeling effort, we start by understanding your household's daily routine, then design around it. That approach has made us a trusted bathroom renovation contractor and home remodeling contractor for families across this part of Charlotte.

I contacted Premier Renovations to renovate my kitchen and two bathrooms. My parents would be moving upstairs into the space so it needed to be accommodating to their needs now and going forward. Scott and his team did an amazing job creating a comfortable and safe place for my parents while also staying within our budget. They have moved in and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Premier Renovations has been absolutely awesome to work with, helping us completely renovate our entire home out of the 1990s. The ideas they helped us come up with to make sure we were getting our dream home have been spot on, and we've been very happy with the overall end product. We'd highly recommend Premier to anyone considering a major renovation.

Premier just completed a major home renovation for us, new kitchen, new master bathroom and new hardwood floors. Premier's workforce was amazing and they cleaned up the jobsite everyday. The contractors they bring in to do the electrical, the flooring, the painting, and the tile work - they are all fabulous as well. We could trust them all and we would often leave during the day while they were working. Great job, will definitely use them again - here are some photos of the finished renovation of the kitchen and bathroom.

Just finished remodel of our master bath. Everyone at Premier was flexible and easy to work with throughout the process. Communication was great and the pricing was very fair. Everyone who came out from the demolition to the plumber, electrician and clean up were friendly and professional. They kept everything moving along and limited any disruption in our lives. We could not be happier with the finished product.

From start to finish, Premier Renovations was amazing to work with; I have recommended them to several friends! The entire team was very respectful, hard working and it was apparent how much they all enjoy their jobs which was nice to see! I really felt they go above and beyond to ensure the customer was pleased with the end product. I was beyond impressed with their communication throughout the entire project; whether it was to let me know the day to day schedule, or promptly responding to any inquiries. I can’t recommend them enough and plan to use them on future projects!

Serving Communities Throughout Greater Charlotte
Alongside Ballantyne, we provide bathroom remodels, custom kitchen renovations, and residential renovations to homeowners in these nearby communities:
Do you handle full home renovations or just single rooms?
Both. We're set up as a whole home remodeling contractor, so we can manage a full house transformation from the framing stage through final finish work, or we can focus on one space like a kitchen or bathroom.
What makes you different from a typical kitchen renovation contractor?
Our carpenters build custom cabinetry and millwork in-house, so your custom kitchen renovation isn't limited to stock cabinet lines. We design and build cabinetry to fit your exact layout and storage needs.
Do you handle permitting for structural work like additions?
Yes. We handle permitting and structural work for home additions and room expansions alongside our finish carpentry and remodeling services.
How does a renovation consultation work?
We start with an on-site walkthrough to understand your goals, existing layout, and budget. From there, we put together a scope of work and timeline before any contract is signed, so you know what to expect before committing.
