Premier Renovations, Inc. is the home remodeling contractor Mooresville families trust for kitchen renovations, custom cabinetry, and whole home remodeling that keeps pace with this growing Lake Norman town.
Mooresville has grown from a small mill and racing town into one of the fastest-expanding communities on Lake Norman, and its housing reflects that history. You'll find established ranch homes near downtown's Main Street, newer construction in communities off Williamson Road and Brawley School Road, and lakefront estates near Langtree at the Lake and The Point.
That variety means no two remodeling projects here look the same. A cottage near historic downtown might need a full home renovation that respects its original character, while a newer build near Langtree might call for an open floor plan kitchen conversion to open up a boxed-in layout. Homeowners closer to the water often ask us for luxury home remodeling that adds spa-style bathrooms, upgraded kitchens, and outdoor living spaces built to take advantage of the lake views.
Whatever the project, Mooresville homeowners want a home remodeling contractor who understands both the town's small-town roots and its rapid growth. We build for both.
Mooresville homeowners have plenty of contractors to choose from, but they come back to Premier Renovations, Inc. for a reason. Here's what sets our work apart in this community.
Whether your home sits near the water off Brawley School Road or in one of the older neighborhoods near downtown Mooresville, our carpentry and finish work is built to match the home's existing character, not fight against it.
Mooresville isn't slowing down, and neither are the families moving here. We design home additions and home expansions that give growing households room to breathe without losing the layout they already love.
From custom built-in furniture to custom mudrooms designed for muddy shoes off the lake, our in-house carpentry team builds pieces that fit your space exactly, not off-the-shelf substitutes.
Premier Renovations, Inc. offers complete home remodeling services for homeowners across Mooresville, from single-room updates to full home renovations. Explore our core services below.

Knowledgeable, professional and dependable. Scott and his crew are knowledgeable and professional. We've done several home improvement projects with them throughout the years. We started with a small job of opening a wall and since then they have updated our kitchen, guest bathrooms and have completed a major bathroom renovation. We're proud to be repeat customers.
Very personalized, patient and attention to detail!
Have used Premiere for 13 years and 3 homes. Always happy with their work.

I recently hired Premier Renovations for a complete master bathroom remodel, and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience and final result. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and extremely detail-oriented. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a finished product that exceeded my expectations. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, and every aspect of the project was completed with care and attention to detail. We had some renovations done in our kitchen and love everything! They did a great job!
I contacted Premier Renovations to renovate my kitchen and two bathrooms. My parents would be moving upstairs into the space so it needed to be accommodating to their needs now and going forward. Scott and his team did an amazing job creating a comfortable and safe place for my parents while also staying within our budget. They have moved in and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
everyone showed up on time and did incredible work. They were very professional and their communication was fantastic.
Premier Renovations has been absolutely awesome to work with, helping us completely renovate our entire home out of the 1990s. The ideas they helped us come up with to make sure we were getting our dream home have been spot on, and we've been very happy with the overall end product. We'd highly recommend Premier to anyone considering a major renovation.
Premier just completed a major home renovation for us, new kitchen, new master bathroom and new hardwood floors. Premier's workforce was amazing and they cleaned up the jobsite everyday. The contractors they bring in to do the electrical, the flooring, the painting, and the tile work - they are all fabulous as well. We could trust them all and we would often leave during the day while they were working. Great job, will definitely use them again - here are some photos of the finished renovation of the kitchen and bathroom.
Just finished remodel of our master bath. Everyone at Premier was flexible and easy to work with throughout the process. Communication was great and the pricing was very fair. Everyone who came out from the demolition to the plumber, electrician and clean up were friendly and professional. They kept everything moving along and limited any disruption in our lives. We could not be happier with the finished product.
From start to finish, Premier Renovations was amazing to work with; I have recommended them to several friends! The entire team was very respectful, hard working and it was apparent how much they all enjoy their jobs which was nice to see! I really felt they go above and beyond to ensure the customer was pleased with the end product. I was beyond impressed with their communication throughout the entire project; whether it was to let me know the day to day schedule, or promptly responding to any inquiries. I can’t recommend them enough and plan to use them on future projects!
We just completed a large scale renovation with Premier Renovations and are extremely pleased. Scott and his crew did superb and timely job on our new kitchen, laundry room, butler's pantry, and outdoor patio. Scott's communication and problem solving skills rank him high as our contractor; in addition, he is a pleasure to work with. We are already planning phase 2 and will utilize Premier once again.
