Custom Porch Building and Home Remodeling in Eastover, NC
A trusted porch builder for Eastover homeowners, we bring custom woodwork, kitchen renovations, and whole home remodeling to this historic neighborhood without losing its architectural character.
Remodeling Rooted in Eastover's Architectural Character
Eastover's tree-canopied streets and Georgian and Colonial Revival homes give this neighborhood a look that few other parts of Charlotte can match. Many houses here date back to the 1920s and 1930s, built when Eastover Road and Cherokee Road formed the backbone of one of the city's first planned streetcar suburbs. Renovating in a neighborhood like this means balancing original millwork, high ceilings, and formal proportions with the way families actually live today.
Homeowners near Eastover Park and along Colony Road often come to us wanting an open floor plan kitchen conversion or a bathroom renovation that feels current without clashing with original trim and doorways. Others want a porch builder who understands how a front porch should read against a brick Georgian facade, or a patio builder who can extend a formal backyard into usable outdoor living space.
We also see a steady stream of requests for a kitchen renovation contractor who can handle custom cabinetry and built-ins that match existing millwork rather than fight it. Every project we take on in Eastover starts with respecting the home's bones, then building forward from there.
Local trust
Why Eastover Homeowners Choose Our Porch Builder and Remodeling Team
Eastover residents tend to hold onto their homes for decades, which means renovations need to hold up and age well. Homeowners here look for a contractor who treats a 1928 Colonial with the same care they would want for their own family's house.
Deep Experience With Historic Homes
We've worked inside enough Eastover and Myers Park houses to know how original plaster, heart pine flooring, and period trim behave during a renovation, and how to protect them.
A Trusted Bathroom Renovation Contractor
Many of our Eastover clients need a bathroom renovation contractor who can update tired 1980s tile jobs or expand a cramped original bathroom without disturbing the home's historic footprint.
Custom Woodwork Built On-Site
Our in-house carpentry team produces custom woodwork, built-ins, and trim details matched to existing profiles, so new work blends into a home instead of standing apart from it.

I contacted Premier Renovations to renovate my kitchen and two bathrooms. My parents would be moving upstairs into the space so it needed to be accommodating to their needs now and going forward. Scott and his team did an amazing job creating a comfortable and safe place for my parents while also staying within our budget. They have moved in and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Premier just completed a major home renovation for us, new kitchen, new master bathroom and new hardwood floors. Premier's workforce was amazing and they cleaned up the jobsite everyday. The contractors they bring in to do the electrical, the flooring, the painting, and the tile work - they are all fabulous as well. We could trust them all and we would often leave during the day while they were working. Great job, will definitely use them again - here are some photos of the finished renovation of the kitchen and bathroom.

Just finished remodel of our master bath. Everyone at Premier was flexible and easy to work with throughout the process. Communication was great and the pricing was very fair. Everyone who came out from the demolition to the plumber, electrician and clean up were friendly and professional. They kept everything moving along and limited any disruption in our lives. We could not be happier with the finished product.

From start to finish, Premier Renovations was amazing to work with; I have recommended them to several friends! The entire team was very respectful, hard working and it was apparent how much they all enjoy their jobs which was nice to see! I really felt they go above and beyond to ensure the customer was pleased with the end product. I was beyond impressed with their communication throughout the entire project; whether it was to let me know the day to day schedule, or promptly responding to any inquiries. I can’t recommend them enough and plan to use them on future projects!

Do you handle full home renovations or just single rooms?
Both. We're set up as a whole home remodeling contractor, so we can manage a full house transformation from the framing stage through final finish work, or we can focus on one space like a kitchen or bathroom.
What makes you different from a typical kitchen renovation contractor?
Our carpenters build custom cabinetry and millwork in-house, so your custom kitchen renovation isn't limited to stock cabinet lines. We design and build cabinetry to fit your exact layout and storage needs.
Do you handle permitting for structural work like additions?
Yes. We handle permitting and structural work for home additions and room expansions alongside our finish carpentry and remodeling services.
How does a renovation consultation work?
We start with an on-site walkthrough to understand your goals, existing layout, and budget. From there, we put together a scope of work and timeline before any contract is signed, so you know what to expect before committing.
