Premier Renovations, Inc. brings whole home remodeling and custom carpentry to Denver homeowners, from lakefront estates near Westport to neighborhoods off Highway 16.
Denver has changed a lot over the past decade. What was once a quiet stretch of Lincoln County along the western shore of Lake Norman is now home to everything from established lake cottages to sprawling new construction in communities like River Run and Westport.
That variety means no two renovation projects here look alike. A ranch-style home off Rocky River Road might need an interior home remodeling plan that opens up a boxed-in floor plan, while a custom-built lake house near Marina Drive might call for luxury home remodeling that matches high-end finishes already in place.
We work with Denver homeowners who want complete home remodeling done right the first time, whether that means reworking a single room or reimagining an entire house from the studs out. Our carpentry background means built-ins, trim work, and custom storage get the same attention as the big structural changes.
Denver families are investing in homes meant to last, whether they're near the water or tucked into a quieter subdivision off NC-16. Here's why they call Premier Renovations first.
Homes near Lake Norman face humidity, dock traffic, and lake-house wear that inland houses don't. We build and remodel with those daily realities in mind, from moisture-resistant materials to layouts that handle sandy feet and wet gear.
Our finish carpentry and custom millwork background means the details get the same care as the kitchen or bath. Built-in cabinets, custom mudrooms, and custom woodwork all come from the same team handling your renovation.
Denver homeowners don't want to manage five different subcontractors. As a residential general contractor, we handle design, permitting, and construction under one roof, so your project moves forward without the runaround.
From lakefront primary residences to weekend retreats near Lake Norman State Park, we offer a full range of home remodeling services built around how Denver families actually use their homes. Every project starts with a conversation about your goals, your budget, and your home remodeling ideas before a single wall comes down.
Every renovation we take on in Denver follows a clear process, so you always know what's happening and when.
We visit your home, walk the space with you, and talk through your goals, whether that's a single room refresh or complete home remodeling across multiple areas.
We turn your ideas into a detailed plan, including material selections, layout changes, and a realistic timeline that accounts for permitting in Lincoln County.
Our team handles the build, from framing and drywall to the custom carpentry and cabinetry details that set the finished project apart.
We walk the finished space with you, address any final touch-ups, and make sure every detail meets our standards and yours before we call the job done.
Knowledgeable, professional and dependable. Scott and his crew are knowledgeable and professional. We've done several home improvement projects with them throughout the years. We started with a small job of opening a wall and since then they have updated our kitchen, guest bathrooms and have completed a major bathroom renovation. We're proud to be repeat customers.
Very personalized, patient and attention to detail!
Have used Premiere for 13 years and 3 homes. Always happy with their work.

I recently hired Premier Renovations for a complete master bathroom remodel, and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience and final result. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and extremely detail-oriented. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a finished product that exceeded my expectations. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, and every aspect of the project was completed with care and attention to detail. Any questions or changes were handled promptly, and they kept me informed every step of the way. The finished bathroom looks absolutely incredible. We had some renovations done in our kitchen and love everything! They did a great job!
I contacted Premier Renovations to renovate my kitchen and two bathrooms. My parents would be moving upstairs into the space so it needed to be accommodating to their needs now and going forward. Scott and his team did an amazing job creating a comfortable and safe place for my parents while also staying within our budget. They have moved in and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
everyone showed up on time and did incredible work. They were very professional and their communication was fantastic.
Premier Renovations has been absolutely awesome to work with, helping us completely renovate our entire home out of the 1990s. The ideas they helped us come up with to make sure we were getting our dream home have been spot on, and we've been very happy with the overall end product. We'd highly recommend Premier to anyone considering a major renovation.
Premier just completed a major home renovation for us, new kitchen, new master bathroom and new hardwood floors. Premier's workforce was amazing and they cleaned up the jobsite everyday. The contractors they bring in to do the electrical, the flooring, the painting, and the tile work - they are all fabulous as well. We could trust them all and we would often leave during the day while they were working. Great job, will definitely use them again - here are some photos of the finished renovation of the kitchen and bathroom.
Just finished remodel of our master bath. Everyone at Premier was flexible and easy to work with throughout the process. Communication was great and the pricing was very fair. Everyone who came out from the demolition to the plumber, electrician and clean up were friendly and professional. They kept everything moving along and limited any disruption in our lives. We could not be happier with the finished product.
From start to finish, Premier Renovations was amazing to work with; I have recommended them to several friends! The entire team was very respectful, hard working and it was apparent how much they all enjoy their jobs which was nice to see! I really felt they go above and beyond to ensure the customer was pleased with the end product. I was beyond impressed with their communication throughout the entire project; whether it was to let me know the day to day schedule, or promptly responding to any inquiries. I can’t recommend them enough and plan to use them on future projects!
We just completed a large scale renovation with Premier Renovations and are extremely pleased. Scott and his crew did superb and timely job on our new kitchen, laundry room, butler's pantry, and outdoor patio. Scott's communication and problem solving skills rank him high as our contractor; in addition, he is a pleasure to work with. We are already planning phase 2 and will utilize Premier once again.
The questions homeowners ask us most. If yours is not here, call the shop and ask.
Both. We're set up as a whole home remodeling contractor, so we can manage a full house transformation from the framing stage through final finish work, or we can focus on one space like a kitchen or bathroom.
Our carpenters build custom cabinetry and millwork in-house, so your custom kitchen renovation isn't limited to stock cabinet lines. We design and build cabinetry to fit your exact layout and storage needs.
Yes. We handle permitting and structural work for home additions and room expansions alongside our finish carpentry and remodeling services.
We start with an on-site walkthrough to understand your goals, existing layout, and budget. From there, we put together a scope of work and timeline before any contract is signed, so you know what to expect before committing.
