Remodeling Suited to Marvin's Custom Home Character
Marvin is a town of big lots, long driveways, and homes built with room to grow. Many properties here sit on an acre or more, with barns, riding rings, or workshops tucked behind the main house, and the interiors deserve the same level of craftsmanship as the land around them.
That kind of living calls for thoughtful storage. Boots, tack, sports gear, and farm equipment all need a place to land before they reach the kitchen, which is why so many Marvin homeowners ask us about custom mudrooms and built-in cabinetry near the garage or back entry.
Whether you're in one of the newer builds near Marvin Ridge High School and Providence Road South or an established equestrian property off Crane Road and Rayford Trail, our team designs cabinetry, millwork, and full-room renovations that fit the scale and style of your home rather than a generic template.
Why Marvin homeowners call us
A Renovation Contractor Marvin Families Trust
Marvin's homes tend to be custom-built to begin with, which means renovation work has to match a higher standard of finish carpentry and design. Homeowners here choose Premier Renovations, Inc. because we bring that same attention to detail to every project, from a single built-in bookcase to a whole home remodel.
We also understand the practical side of life in a town built around acreage and horse properties: mudrooms need to handle real dirt, kitchens need to serve big families and bigger gatherings, and storage has to work as hard as the house does.
Craftsmanship That Matches Custom Homes
Marvin's housing stock leans upscale and architecturally detailed. We build custom cabinetry and millwork designed to look like it was part of the original construction, not an afterthought.
Storage Solutions for Acreage Living
Between riding gear, farm boots, and outdoor equipment, Marvin households need serious entryway storage. Our custom mudrooms and built-in furniture keep that gear organized and out of the main living space.
A Team That Plans Around Your Land
Long driveways, detached garages, and larger lots change how a renovation project gets staged and scheduled. We plan every job around your property, not just your floor plan.
Our Services

Every project is built with the same finish carpentry standards, from a single custom cabinet to a full home addition.
Every project starts with understanding your property, your household, and how you want the finished space to work. Here's how we take a Marvin renovation from first conversation to finished cabinetry.

04

Our carpenters handle installation and finish carpentry on-site, checking every detail against the original design before calling the project complete.
Knowledgeable, professional and dependable.
Scott and his crew are knowledgeable and professional. We've done several home improvement projects with them throughout the years. We started with a small job of opening a wall and since then they have updated our kitchen, guest bathrooms and have completed a major bathroom renovation. We're proud to be repeat customers.

I contacted Premier Renovations to renovate my kitchen and two bathrooms. My parents would be moving upstairs into the space so it needed to be accommodating to their needs now and going forward. Scott and his team did an amazing job creating a comfortable and safe place for my parents while also staying within our budget. They have moved in and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Premier Renovations has been absolutely awesome to work with, helping us completely renovate our entire home out of the 1990s. The ideas they helped us come up with to make sure we were getting our dream home have been spot on, and we've been very happy with the overall end product. We'd highly recommend Premier to anyone considering a major renovation.

Premier just completed a major home renovation for us, new kitchen, new master bathroom and new hardwood floors. Premier's workforce was amazing and they cleaned up the jobsite everyday. The contractors they bring in to do the electrical, the flooring, the painting, and the tile work - they are all fabulous as well. We could trust them all and we would often leave during the day while they were working. Great job, will definitely use them again - here are some photos of the finished renovation of the kitchen and bathroom.

Just finished remodel of our master bath. Everyone at Premier was flexible and easy to work with throughout the process. Communication was great and the pricing was very fair. Everyone who came out from the demolition to the plumber, electrician and clean up were friendly and professional. They kept everything moving along and limited any disruption in our lives. We could not be happier with the finished product.

From start to finish, Premier Renovations was amazing to work with; I have recommended them to several friends! The entire team was very respectful, hard working and it was apparent how much they all enjoy their jobs which was nice to see! I really felt they go above and beyond to ensure the customer was pleased with the end product. I was beyond impressed with their communication throughout the entire project; whether it was to let me know the day to day schedule, or promptly responding to any inquiries. I can’t recommend them enough and plan to use them on future projects!

Renovation Services Across the Greater Charlotte Area

Do you handle full home renovations or just single rooms?
Both. We're set up as a whole home remodeling contractor, so we can manage a full house transformation from the framing stage through final finish work, or we can focus on one space like a kitchen or bathroom.
What makes you different from a typical kitchen renovation contractor?
Our carpenters build custom cabinetry and millwork in-house, so your custom kitchen renovation isn't limited to stock cabinet lines. We design and build cabinetry to fit your exact layout and storage needs.
Do you handle permitting for structural work like additions?
Yes. We handle permitting and structural work for home additions and room expansions alongside our finish carpentry and remodeling services.
How does a renovation consultation work?
We start with an on-site walkthrough to understand your goals, existing layout, and budget. From there, we put together a scope of work and timeline before any contract is signed, so you know what to expect before committing.
