Premier Renovations, Inc. brings custom bathroom renovations and full home renovations to homeowners throughout Foxcroft, NC.
Foxcroft took shape in the 1950s and 60s, and it still shows in the low-slung rooflines, brick facades, and picture windows you'll spot driving along Sharon Amity Road and Fenton Place. Many of these homes have never had a real update since they were built, which means original bathrooms with cramped layouts, aging tile, and closets sized for a smaller wardrobe than most families own today.
Homeowners here don't want a gut job that erases what makes the neighborhood distinct. They want bathroom remodeling and kitchen updates that respect the architecture while finally giving them the storage, layout, and finishes a modern household needs. We help turn dated rooms into spaces built for the way their families actually live today.
Being minutes from Cotswold Village Shops and the Randolph Road corridor means Foxcroft residents also see plenty of newer construction and renovated homes nearby, which raises the bar for what a well-done project should look like. We build to that standard.
Foxcroft's mix of original mid-century homes and more recently updated properties means every project starts from a different set of bones. We've worked in enough of these houses to know what's behind the walls before we open them up.
Here's what keeps homeowners in this part of Charlotte calling us back for the next project.
Our finish carpentry and custom millwork teams know how to match original trim profiles and built-in styles instead of replacing them with something generic. Custom cabinetry and custom built-in furniture blend into these homes rather than fighting their character.
As your residential general contractor, we manage permitting, subcontractors, and scheduling so you're not juggling five different vendors. Whether it's a single bathroom or a whole home remodeling project, one team stays accountable from demo to final walkthrough.
We design updates that work with Foxcroft's brick exteriors and established lot layouts, not against them. The goal is a home that feels newly functional without looking out of place on the street.
Foxcroft's older housing stock creates steady demand for a few specific projects, from full bathroom overhauls to custom kitchen renovations that open up tighter, boxed-in floor plans. Here's the full range of services we bring to the neighborhood.
Every project follows the same clear process, whether you're updating one bathroom or planning a full home renovation.
We walk your home, discuss your goals, and talk through what's realistic for your budget and timeline before any design work begins.
We develop a detailed plan covering layout, materials, and finishes, so you know exactly what to expect before construction starts.
Our crews manage demolition, carpentry, cabinetry, and finish work on schedule, keeping you informed at every stage.
We complete a final walkthrough together to confirm every detail meets our standards and yours before calling the project done.
Knowledgeable, professional and dependable. Scott and his crew are knowledgeable and professional. We've done several home improvement projects with them throughout the years. We started with a small job of opening a wall and since then they have updated our kitchen, guest bathrooms and have completed a major bathroom renovation. We're proud to be repeat customers.
Very personalized, patient and attention to detail!
Have used Premiere for 13 years and 3 homes. Always happy with their work.

We had some renovations done in our kitchen and love everything! They did a great job!
I contacted Premier Renovations to renovate my kitchen and two bathrooms. My parents would be moving upstairs into the space so it needed to be accommodating to their needs now and going forward. Scott and his team did an amazing job creating a comfortable and safe place for my parents while also staying within our budget. They have moved in and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
everyone showed up on time and did incredible work. They were very professional and their communication was fantastic.
Premier Renovations has been absolutely awesome to work with, helping us completely renovate our entire home out of the 1990s. The ideas they helped us come up with to make sure we were getting our dream home have been spot on, and we've been very happy with the overall end product. We'd highly recommend Premier to anyone considering a major renovation.
Premier just completed a major home renovation for us, new kitchen, new master bathroom and new hardwood floors. Premier's workforce was amazing and they cleaned up the jobsite everyday. The contractors they bring in to do the electrical, the flooring, the painting, and the tile work - they are all fabulous as well. We could trust them all and we would often leave during the day while they were working. Great job, will definitely use them again - here are some photos of the finished renovation of the kitchen and bathroom.
Just finished remodel of our master bath. Everyone at Premier was flexible and easy to work with throughout the process. Communication was great and the pricing was very fair. Everyone who came out from the demolition to the plumber, electrician and clean up were friendly and professional. They kept everything moving along and limited any disruption in our lives. We could not be happier with the finished product.
From start to finish, Premier Renovations was amazing to work with; I have recommended them to several friends! The entire team was very respectful, hard working and it was apparent how much they all enjoy their jobs which was nice to see! I really felt they go above and beyond to ensure the customer was pleased with the end product. I was beyond impressed with their communication throughout the entire project; whether it was to let me know the day to day schedule, or promptly responding to any inquiries. I can’t recommend them enough and plan to use them on future projects!
We just completed a large scale renovation with Premier Renovations and are extremely pleased. Scott and his crew did superb and timely job on our new kitchen, laundry room, butler's pantry, and outdoor patio. Scott's communication and problem solving skills rank him high as our contractor; in addition, he is a pleasure to work with. We are already planning phase 2 and will utilize Premier once again.

Both. We're set up as a whole home remodeling contractor, so we can manage a full house transformation from the framing stage through final finish work, or we can focus on one space like a kitchen or bathroom.
Our carpenters build custom cabinetry and millwork in-house, so your custom kitchen renovation isn't limited to stock cabinet lines. We design and build cabinetry to fit your exact layout and storage needs.
Yes. We handle permitting and structural work for home additions and room expansions alongside our finish carpentry and remodeling services.
We start with an on-site walkthrough to understand your goals, existing layout, and budget. From there, we put together a scope of work and timeline before any contract is signed, so you know what to expect before committing.
