We bring bathroom remodels, kitchen transformations, and full home renovations to the established homes surrounding the Quail Hollow Club.
Quail Hollow grew up around its namesake golf club, and the homes here reflect that era: generous room sizes, formal layouts, and primary bathrooms that were designed for a different decade. Many owners come to us wanting bathroom remodels that keep the traditional bones of the house while swapping out cramped vanities, dated tile, and tubs nobody uses for walk-in showers and better storage. From the brick colonials off Sharon View Road to the wooded lots near Cameron Ridge, we help homeowners modernize spaces without losing the character these houses were built with.
Because so many properties near Carmel Road and Rama Road were built in the 1970s and 80s, plumbing and layout constraints often shape the project. Our team has worked through enough of these floor plans in this part of south Charlotte to know where a wall can move and where it can't, which keeps custom bathroom renovations on schedule instead of stalling over surprises behind the drywall.
Kitchens follow a similar pattern here. A lot of Quail Hollow homes still have the boxed-in kitchen and formal dining setup that was standard when the neighborhood was built, and custom kitchen renovations that open the floor plan are among the most requested projects we handle in the area.
Homeowners near the club value craftsmanship that matches what's already in the house. They're not looking for a generic contractor; they want a bathroom renovation contractor who can match existing millwork, respect a formal layout, and finish the job cleanly.
Here's what keeps Quail Hollow clients coming back to Premier Renovations, Inc.:
Our finish carpentry and custom millwork are built to blend with the trim, paneling, and built-ins already found in Quail Hollow's older housing stock, not replace their character with something that feels out of place.
As a full-service renovation partner, we handle design, custom cabinet installation, and construction under one roof, so homeowners aren't managing separate crews for carpentry, plumbing, and finishing.
We've renovated enough homes built around the golf course era to anticipate the plumbing runs, load-bearing walls, and layout quirks common to this part of south Charlotte before they turn into change orders.
Whether you're updating a single room or planning full home renovations, our team offers the full range of residential renovations Quail Hollow homeowners ask for most.
Every project starts with a conversation about your home and ends with a space built for how you actually live.
We walk your home in person, discuss your goals, and talk through what's realistic for your layout, budget, and timeline before any design work begins.
Our team drafts a design plan, whether that's a single bathroom layout or a full home remodeling scope, and finalizes materials, cabinetry, and finishes with you.
Our crews handle demolition, carpentry, plumbing coordination, and installation on-site, keeping you updated as the project moves through each phase.
We complete a detailed walkthrough with you before wrapping up, checking every detail from cabinet hardware to trim work meets our standard and yours.
Knowledgeable, professional and dependable. Scott and his crew are knowledgeable and professional. We've done several home improvement projects with them throughout the years. We started with a small job of opening a wall and since then they have updated our kitchen, guest bathrooms and have completed a major bathroom renovation. We're proud to be repeat customers.

I contacted Premier Renovations to renovate my kitchen and two bathrooms. My parents would be moving upstairs into the space so it needed to be accommodating to their needs now and going forward. Scott and his team did an amazing job creating a comfortable and safe place for my parents while also staying within our budget. They have moved in and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
everyone showed up on time and did incredible work. They were very professional and their communication was fantastic.
Premier Renovations has been absolutely awesome to work with, helping us completely renovate our entire home out of the 1990s. The ideas they helped us come up with to make sure we were getting our dream home have been spot on, and we've been very happy with the overall end product. We'd highly recommend Premier to anyone considering a major renovation.
Premier just completed a major home renovation for us, new kitchen, new master bathroom and new hardwood floors. Premier's workforce was amazing and they cleaned up the jobsite everyday. The contractors they bring in to do the electrical, the flooring, the painting, and the tile work - they are all fabulous as well. We could trust them all and we would often leave during the day while they were working. Great job, will definitely use them again - here are some photos of the finished renovation of the kitchen and bathroom.
Just finished remodel of our master bath. Everyone at Premier was flexible and easy to work with throughout the process. Communication was great and the pricing was very fair. Everyone who came out from the demolition to the plumber, electrician and clean up were friendly and professional. They kept everything moving along and limited any disruption in our lives. We could not be happier with the finished product.
From start to finish, Premier Renovations was amazing to work with; I have recommended them to several friends! The entire team was very respectful, hard working and it was apparent how much they all enjoy their jobs which was nice to see! I really felt they go above and beyond to ensure the customer was pleased with the end product. I was beyond impressed with their communication throughout the entire project; whether it was to let me know the day to day schedule, or promptly responding to any inquiries. I can’t recommend them enough and plan to use them on future projects!

Both. We're set up as a whole home remodeling contractor, so we can manage a full house transformation from the framing stage through final finish work, or we can focus on one space like a kitchen or bathroom.
Our carpenters build custom cabinetry and millwork in-house, so your custom kitchen renovation isn't limited to stock cabinet lines. We design and build cabinetry to fit your exact layout and storage needs.
Yes. We handle permitting and structural work for home additions and room expansions alongside our finish carpentry and remodeling services.
We start with an on-site walkthrough to understand your goals, existing layout, and budget. From there, we put together a scope of work and timeline before any contract is signed, so you know what to expect before committing.
