Premier Renovations, Inc. turns your home remodeling ideas into finished, livable spaces across Charlotte.
We handle design, carpentry, and construction so your renovation stays on schedule and on budget.
Most homeowners come to us with a list of problems, not a finished design: a kitchen that's cut off from the living room, a primary bathroom that hasn't been touched since the house was built, a garage entry that turns into a shoe pile every winter. We take on projects ranging from a single room refresh to a complete home remodeling project spanning your kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas. Premier Renovations, Inc. works through those problems as a residential general contractor, looking at how your rooms connect before we pick a single finish.
As a home remodeling contractor, we handle interior home remodeling and whole home remodeling projects with the same team from first sketch to final walkthrough. That means one point of contact, one schedule, and one crew accountable for the carpentry, cabinetry, and finish work throughout your house.
Whether you're planning a targeted update or a whole-house transformation, we build a scope that fits your budget, your timeline, and the way your household actually uses each room.
Every project starts with a walkthrough of your home and an honest conversation about priorities. From there, our home remodeling services can include any combination of the following:
Full home renovations involve more moving parts than a single-room update: structural work, electrical and plumbing coordination, permitting, and a construction schedule that has to hold up over weeks or months. Here's how we manage that as your general contractor.
You won't hand your project off between a designer, a framer, and a finish crew. Our team manages general contracting and custom woodwork under one roof, so details carry through from the first drawing to the last coat of trim paint.
From custom cabinet installation to hand-fitted millwork, our carpentry is built to hold up under daily use and close inspection. Luxury home remodeling clients come to us because the details, hinges, reveals, joinery, actually match the quality of the materials.
We've completed kitchen transformations, bathroom remodels, and whole-house transformations across Charlotte and the surrounding towns. Ask us for our remodeling project gallery and we'll show you finished work in neighborhoods near yours.
Every renovation follows the same structure, whether it's a single bathroom or a full-home project. Here's what to expect once you reach out.
We walk your home with you, talk through your goals, and identify structural or layout constraints early. This is where home remodeling ideas start turning into a real scope of work.
We draft a plan covering layout, cabinetry, carpentry, and finishes, along with a firm budget and timeline. You approve every detail before construction starts.
Our crew handles demolition, framing, electrical and plumbing coordination, custom cabinetry, and finish carpentry in sequence, with regular updates so you always know where the project stands.
We inspect every room together, address any punch-list items, and make sure the finished space matches what we designed, down to the trim details.
Home remodeling often touches more than one part of the house. Here are the specific services we offer as your residential remodeling contractor.

Knowledgeable, professional and dependable. Scott and his crew are knowledgeable and professional. We've done several home improvement projects with them throughout the years. We started with a small job of opening a wall and since then they have updated our kitchen, guest bathrooms and have completed a major bathroom renovation. We're proud to be repeat customers.
Very personalized, patient and attention to detail!
Have used Premiere for 13 years and 3 homes. Always happy with their work.

I contacted Premier Renovations to renovate my kitchen and two bathrooms. My parents would be moving upstairs into the space so it needed to be accommodating to their needs now and going forward. Scott and his team did an amazing job creating a comfortable and safe place for my parents while also staying within our budget. They have moved in and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
everyone showed up on time and did incredible work. They were very professional and their communication was fantastic.
Premier Renovations has been absolutely awesome to work with, helping us completely renovate our entire home out of the 1990s. The ideas they helped us come up with to make sure we were getting our dream home have been spot on, and we've been very happy with the overall end product. We'd highly recommend Premier to anyone considering a major renovation.
Premier just completed a major home renovation for us, new kitchen, new master bathroom and new hardwood floors. Premier's workforce was amazing and they cleaned up the jobsite everyday. The contractors they bring in to do the electrical, the flooring, the painting, and the tile work - they are all fabulous as well. We could trust them all and we would often leave during the day while they were working. Great job, will definitely use them again - here are some photos of the finished renovation of the kitchen and bathroom.
Just finished remodel of our master bath. Everyone at Premier was flexible and easy to work with throughout the process. Communication was great and the pricing was very fair. Everyone who came out from the demolition to the plumber, electrician and clean up were friendly and professional. They kept everything moving along and limited any disruption in our lives. We could not be happier with the finished product.
From start to finish, Premier Renovations was amazing to work with; I have recommended them to several friends! The entire team was very respectful, hard working and it was apparent how much they all enjoy their jobs which was nice to see! I really felt they go above and beyond to ensure the customer was pleased with the end product. I was beyond impressed with their communication throughout the entire project; whether it was to let me know the day to day schedule, or promptly responding to any inquiries. I can’t recommend them enough and plan to use them on future projects!
We just completed a large scale renovation with Premier Renovations and are extremely pleased. Scott and his crew did superb and timely job on our new kitchen, laundry room, butler's pantry, and outdoor patio. Scott's communication and problem solving skills rank him high as our contractor; in addition, he is a pleasure to work with. We are already planning phase 2 and will utilize Premier once again.
